Kony recently had the pleasure of hosting the Nikkin Delegation, which included eight community bank executives from Japan and Nikkin journalists, at Kony’s company headquarters in Austin, Texas. Nikkin, also known as The Japan Financial News Co., is a premier business publication in Japan. The newspaper is also affiliated with the American Banker publication in the U.S.
During the meeting, delegation members met with Kony and Kony DBX leadership, along with Rilla Delorier, EVP and Chief Strategy Officer at Umpqua Bank (and Kony Advisory Board Member), to learn more about the capabilities of Kony Quantum and Kony DBX.
Delegates received a brief overview of Kony, our products, and solutions. Most of the focus of the day was on Kony DBX, our digital banking solution, with a lot of discussion about the power of Kony DBX and the Engage solutions to transform and strengthen the relationships that community banks have with their clients by combining the power of the Engage platform with the people to deliver a unique personalized digital banking experience.
It was a very engaging discussion about digital banking challenges and opportunities in Japan and how Kony DBX can empower the Japanese community banks to accelerate their digital innovation to better serve their customers.
We would like to thank the Nikkin delegation tour members for taking the time to visit with us and learn about Kony and Kony DBX. It was an honor hosting you!
