Q: Talk about a highlight in your career or a project that was particularly successful. How do you bring that to bear on Kony DBX customers?
A: I prefer to see myself as a trusted advisor to the customers and not just a solutions provider. Many of the people who have worked with me see me as a humble perfectionist. With the many customers I have worked with in my career, I have overseen the march towards digital enablement and transformation across multiple industry verticals. Furthermore, bringing these digital experiences from other verticals into banking is the ace in hole I bring to our customers. Not every implementation is the same; being agile in solving the difficulties in digital transformation is what excites me every day.

Q: Describe your career in a few short sentences.
A: I have been a Digital Architect for 10+ years with experience in digital enablement and transformation. I started my career as a Technology Architect at 160by2 which was a pioneer in offering free text messaging to its users in India when it was a very expensive form of communication. Fascinated with the technology Kony was building, I chose to join and have been with them for more than 8 years.
Q: Describe how work gets done at Kony—and why it matters to customers.
A: I feel everyone at Kony has made it their goal to make digital transformation a smooth process for our customers. To be able to take up any challenge and still be able to stay ahead of the game is what makes our customers become lifelong partners. To be able to start fast from where the customer is currently at in their journey, to be able to bring them to the same playing level as the big boys in the financial industry, and to give them everything they need to succeed in meeting their customer needs without compromise is what makes Kony the leader in this space.
Q: Why does the market today need Kony DBX?
A: With most off-the-shelf digital banking software being black boxes and one- solution-fits-all, it becomes incredibly hard for financial institutions to be able to differentiate against their competition and to be able to stay up to date with the technological advancements we see in this digital age. Kony DBX lets our customers create their own roadmap; we don’t hold them to ours. The digital banking platform enables our customers to break free from the traditional development roadblocks and encourages them to innovate and stand out to their users.

unlimited customizations, so our customers’
applications don’t look exactly like their
competitors who are using the same off-
