Q: What’s special about the way you work with clients? What unique strength set you apart and adds to the Kony DBX brand?

A: I would say that my background with USAA is a unique strength that I can leverage while working for our Kony DBX clients. Many of our clients are credit unions, and I am very familiar working with members vs retail banking customers. There is a special bond between a credit union and its members that I understand.

Q: Describe your career in a few short sentences.

A: I am a problem solver and working in the field of user experience is a natural fit. I started in Graphic and Web Design and moved to working exclusively in the digital space. I began my career in e-commerce and started to immerse myself into UX at AT&T and USAA. It’s rewarding to build products that are inclusive, intuitive, and easy to use. That’s what I strive for and enjoy most in my career.

 Q: Describe how work gets done at Kony—and why it matters to customers.

A: Leading our industry, staying at the forefront of technology and addressing our clients’ needs is Kony’s priority, an imperative in the fast-paced digital world. We provide our clients with cutting edge low-code technology, which helps us rebrand our Kony DBX product to our client’s branding and styles rapidly. This allows us time to focus on our client’s specific needs, so we can build custom solutions for their rapidly evolving business needs and ensure that our clients can give their customers exactly what they want and need, when they want and need it.

 Q: Why does the market today need Kony DBX?

A: What is very powerful with Kony DBX is that just by purchasing and implementing our out-of-box solutions, clients are ready to handle their customers’ needs immediately. But we don’t stop there! With custom features, our clients can create a niche for themselves, standing head and shoulders above their competition. By getting started with an out-of-the-box solution, then diving deep into a client’s needs and wants, the Kony DBX team creates something that will be tailored to their unique specifications.

Q: With your level of expertise, you could work almost anywhere. What draws you to Kony DBX—and not anywhere else?

A: I really enjoy working with digital banking products. After working at USAA, it was a natural transition to Kony DBX. We keep leading the field, winning awards and receiving positive feedback. That’s what drew me to Kony, and with a background in banking, I thought I would be a great addition to the Kony DBX team. I’m ready to be a part of the future growth and success of our clients, which is very rewarding.
